NMIIC’s Virtual Learning session

NMIIC held its second virtual learning session of 2022, focused on affordable housing. The session explored the role of integrated capital in New Mexico’s housing ecosystem in relationship with equity and prosperity in the state. Participants heard examples of success stories from other regions and promising local opportunities, as well as engaged with panelists and each other during the live Q&A. The housing ecosystem ranges from homelessness through market-rate home ownership and everything in between. To achieve equity, we need to address the crisis across the spectrum.
